We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for products that arrive defective or damaged. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns must be received within 14 days, complete with all original packaging and contents.

Terms & Guidelines for Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Exchanges:

• Valid within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and sealed in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping, handling, protection, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or edited.
• Returned items must be well packaged and sent via a trackable, insured service.
• Returns without approval will not be processed.
• Damaged or missing items must be reported within 72 hours with order number and photos/videos.
• We only process returns for orders placed on quitbarco.com.
• Non-returnable items: Intimate goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, gift cards, personal care, foods, perishables, and discounted items.

• 5–7 business days for your return to arrive.
• 10–14 business days for us to process refunds, store credits, or exchanges.
• 7–10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement.
